Joint Interaction programme with Social Department of SOS Hermann Gmeiner Gandaki

An interaction programme was organized jointly by SOS Hermann Gmeiner Gandaki Chapter Social Department and TOLI on 9 December 2023 in SOS premises Pokhara 15, Naya Bazaar Kaski. The purpose of the programme was to familiarize between two organizations each other and find out the spaces of collaboration. Total 14 participants were participated on that occasion. The chief of youth department Mr. Babu Ram Baral was welcomed programme. On that programme welcome and objectives of the programme was done by Mr. Babu Ram Baral the chief of Youth department, whereas Mr. Rajendra Regmi the chief of the social department presented the activities as carried out by the social department and also informed that of launching economical and educational support from the SOS Gandaki Chapter in Byas Municipality ward no. 13 and 14 since last 3 years. Similarly the chairperson of TOLI Mr. Padma Kiran Rana shared about activities carried out by the TOLI from its establishment to till date including objectives, working domain and human resouces.

The interaction programme made an understanding that the TOLI will refer the children who does not have parents and need educational and shelter support from SOS, similarly SOS farmiliarize about the expertise of TOLI to the ward committee, so that ward committee could buy the technologies of TOLI.
