Team Organizing Local Institution (TOLI) is a non-profit making and non-governmental organization (NGO) established on 26 July 1993 (Shrawan 11, 2050 B.S.) in Pokhara, Kaski, under the Institution Registration Act-1977 (2034 B.S).
